Step 1
From within the admin ticket section click on the icon with your initials at the top right of the page. Then click on View Support Portal.

On the next screen click on the Tickets button or link
Step 3
The next screen will show you any open or pending tickets. You can choose to see your closed tickets by clicking on Open or Pending drop down and then choose Resolved or Closed.
Step 4
To go back to the admin portal click on the icon shown below and choose Edit Profile.
