    How to call another employee with Microsoft Teams

    Step 1

    Go to your chat list, and click New chat  to start a new conversation.

    Step 2

    Type the name into the To field at the top of your new chat. Then click on the name.

    Step 3

    Then click the Audio call button to start a call.
