Search for Students IT account email in No Reply email

Step 1

 Go to webmail.pacificcollege.edu

Step 2

 Login with username

Step 3

Once logged in click on the Mail icon

Step 4

Next click on the Sent Items option on the left hand side

Step 5

Type the students name in the top search bar. You can search by first name, last name or email address

    a. If you cannot find that they were sent an IT Account Information email. Assist them in submitting a ticket by clicking here

Step 6

If the email has been found. Open the email and verify the email address of the student then click Reply All and then click Send

Step 7

Have the student verify that they received the email. They may need to check their  Junk/Spam folders.
