Once at the StaffHub, you can click on the Contact Support button at the top right of any of the StaffHub pages or you can scroll to the bottom of any of the StaffHub pages to get to the ticket form.
Once at ticket form choose Technical Support/ eLearning as the Type of Request then fill in the required fields and choose the categories Faculty/ TA>Zoom>Guest Speaker.
Be sure to include the course code, date and time of the class for the guest speaker. Once we receive the ticket and complete the request, we will verify waiting room settings for the guest speaker for that scheduled class then send you a confirmation email on how to proceed with admitting your guest via the waiting room.
