Once at the StaffHub, you can click on the Contact Support button on the top-right StaffHub pages or scroll to the bottom of any of the StaffHub pages to get to the ticket form.
Step 3
Once at the ticket form, choose Technical Support/ eLearning as the Type of Request, fill in the required fields, and choose the categories Faculty/ TA>Zoom>Guest Speaker.
Step 4
Be sure to include the course code, date, and class time for the guest speaker. Once we receive the ticket and complete the request, we will verify the waiting room settings for the guest speaker for that scheduled class and then send you a confirmation email on how to proceed with admitting your guest via the waiting room.
