On the next screen, click on the Contact Us button
On the next screen, choose the categories Faculty>Zoom>Guest Speaker
Fill out the required information. Be sure to include the date and time of the class for the guest speaker. Once we receive the ticket and complete the request, we will verify waiting room settings for the guest speaker on your account and for the meeting are correct and send you a confirmation on how to proceed with admitting your guest via the waiting room.
