    Setting up your login password

    Before you are able to access any of the Pacific College systems. Your account requires you to set up a password and provide a secondary email address and/or phone number. Please follow the steps below

    Step 1

    Navigate to Office.com and type in your Pacific College email address, then click the "Next" button.


    (Note: If you have an existing account please open the office.com link from a private/incognito window in the same browser. Otherwise, log on to office.com from a separate browser. Also, you can sign out (instructions here) of your existing office account, before doing step 1.)

    Step 2

    Type the temporary password you were provided then click the "Sign in" button

    Step 3

    Next, you'll create a new password. Once done, click the "Sign in" button. Please note: your password must be at least 6 characters

    Step 4

    At this point, you’ll be prompted for additional information, click on the "Next" button

    Step 5

    The following screen is where you will choose to enter a secondary email address or a phone number (for security and verification purposes). In this example, we will add a secondary email

    Click on the "Set it up now" link next to the "Authentication Email is not configured" text

    Step 5

    Next enter your personal email address then click the "email me" button

    Step 6

    An email will be sent to the address you entered with a verification code

    Copy that verification code and paste it in the blank area and then click verify

    Step 7

    From here you can either add a phone number (optional) or click the finish button

    Once completed, you are done with this step. Your new password will be used to access all college systems

    Download and login to Zoom

    Step 1

    Click here to download zoom then click Download under Zoom Client for Meetings section

    Step 2

    Once you have install zoom. Open it and the screen below will appear. Click on Sign in with SSO

    Step 3

    Make sure on the next screen you type pacificcollege in the blank area then click Continue

    Step 4

    It will take you to the Microsoft login. Log in with the pacific college email you were provided and the password you created.


    If you are already logged in with the pacific college account it will then take you to the image above where you can just click Open zoom.us


    Open the link you were provided by the faculty when it is time for the class

    Step 1

    Once you click the link you will see this screen in your browser. Click the Open zoom.us button

    Step 2

    A screen will open on your computer. Click on Join with Computer Audio

    Step 3

    You should now be in the class. The instructor will provide you access to share your screen if needed.
