    Comps QA Checklist

    Before you begin QA:

    1. The Proctorio Extension must be installed and enabled to work on and do QA on Comps courses.
    2. Never save a Quiz without the extension installed and active in your browser.

    QA Steps:

    1. The date and time is correct (each campus must be adjusted per timezone)
    2. The time limit is correct
    3. Proctorio is enabled and settings are correct
      - Quiz card title will have (Remotely Proctored) added by Proctorio when it is enabled
       
      - Clicking on the Quiz should the show text "The exam will be monitored by Proctorio"

    4. Correct test questions have been added
      Check that the first question and last question match the category and the test RTF file in the Comps Committee Team. Finally check the number of questions matches.
      - Edit quiz

      - Spot check a question settings and check the category is for this term date
      - And check against the RTF file (Documents > General > The Comp Exams > 2021 > Fall 2021 > First Year Drafts)

      - Check the number of questions matches (get the list of the number of questions from Academics)
    5. Extensions and accommodations match the lists submitted by each campus
      (Documents > General > Student Accommodations)
    6. Comps Exam Notice in the Personal Learning Designer is active (Course Administration > Personal Learning Designer)

    If it is not, re-import, but uncheck everything except for PLD and click Jump to final step
