    Hide Grades

    Grades should be hidden until the deans or assistants to deans give the green light to show the grades.

    Courses affected:
    PTLOCCMP1, PTLOCCMP2, CNTCMP1, CNTCMP2, MOXACMP1

    Step 1

    Search for the courses affected along with the term
    For example PTLOCMP1 2021F

    - Go to find courses and fill in (PTLOCCMP1 2021F, PTLOCCMP2 2021F, etc)

    Step 2

    For each course, go to the course grade settings

    - Click Course administration > Gradebook setup



    - Click Course grade settings

    Step 3

    Hide the final grade for hidden grades

    - Scroll down to the last item on the page
    - Change to Hide totals if they contain hidden items to Hide


    Delete


    Unhide Grades

    Step 1

    Search for the courses affected along with the term
    For example PTLOCMP1 2021F

    - Go to find courses and fill in (PTLOCCMP1 2021F, PTLOCCMP2 2021F, etc)

    Step 2

    For each course, go to the course grade settings

    - Click Course administration > Gradebook setup



    - Click Course grade settings

    Step 3

    Unhide all grades for hidden grades

    - Scroll down to the last item on the page
    - Change to Hide to Show totals including hidden items

    - In addition, check under Overview report and make sure that is also set to Show totals (can be either including or excluding hidden items)
