Log into Calendly.
Create New Event
Click on the "Create Event" button on the top left to create a new meeting. Choose Event Type - One-on-One
Enter Event Details
Enter Meeting name, Duration of meeting, and Location of meeting. For Location, choose "I will call invitee". Click update and then Continue.
Edit Meeting Details
Click on Event Details
Add the following Description /Instruction to the meeting and click "Save and Close":
During this meeting you will: - Meet your personal admissions representative - Get a general overview of Pacific College's Programs - Receive Answers to all your questions - Talk next steps on how to join Pacific College!
Scheduling Setting:
Click on the "Scheduling Setting" to set your hours students can set appointments with you.
Booking Page Option
Turn Off "Allow invitees to add guests"
Edit Q1 by clicking on the 3 dots on the right and replace current text with the following:

Communications
We need to edit the Email Invitation, Email reminder, and Text Reminders.
Click on the 3 dots by each option and add the following.
Calendar Invitation:
