Blackboard's due dates offer instructors and students a streamlined and intuitive way to manage assignment deadlines and course schedules. Students benefit from this feature by having visibility into upcoming deadlines, allowing them to plan and prioritize their workload effectively. Due dates appear on the Calendar and in the Activity Stream.
To adjust a Due Date, from the Gradebook, click on the assessment you want to adjust the due date for:
Under Assignment Settings > Due Date, click the blue underlined text with the existing due date and time:
Under Details & Information > Due Date, establish a new due date by clicking on the Calendar icon, and time by clicking on the Clock icon. When you are done, click Save:
