    Clinic Registration Courses

The process for creating Clinic Registration courses

    High-Level Process

    Purpose:
Clinic registration courses in Moodle resolve the issue of having students sign up for clinic shifts without first going through the registration process in CampusVue.

    - Registrars in all three campuses push out the Clinic Registration courses.

    - Clinic directors import the previous registration course and make any modifications necessary (e.g., updating documents and making form changes). They can work with the Course Configuration team by filling out the course config form or placing a support ticket.

    - Clinic directors place a support ticket to IT to make the clinic registration courses visible.

    - IT uses conduit to unhide the courses.
