    Trusted Platform Module Error

    Something Went Wrong

    If you see this error when signing into Outlook, please follow the steps below:


    1. Type in settings in the search bar located on the bottom left hand corner of your screen and click on the Settings App as shown.

    2. Click on Accounts

    3. Click on Access work or school

    4. Click on your Pacific College Account and then click Disconnect

    5. A warning message will pop up, please click YES

    6. Once completed, please go back to Outlook and resign in.
